3. Special orders and school lists
Special orders (books not on the shelf, back-to-school supply lists, larger orders for classrooms, and similar) are handled at the counter and confirmed in writing or by phone. Payment terms, expected delivery windows, and any deposit required are agreed at the time of the order. Titles that are not held at the shop are typically drawn from the group's central warehouse and delivered to the store within the week.
4. Consumer rights
All transactions between the shop and consumers are governed by Brazilian consumer protection law, including the Consumer Defence Code (Federal Law 8.078/1990). Exchanges, returns, and warranty coverage on goods sold at the shop follow the applicable rules, and any complaint may be raised in person at the counter or by contacting us at the details below.
